As a fully qualified Chemistry teacher with more than three decades of teaching experience, I provide expert tuition in Chemistry through to A-level and the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme. I also support students studying GCSE Physics, Biology and Maths.
My tutoring style is supportive and approachable, with a strong emphasis on developing confidence and understanding. By pinpointing areas students find difficult and reinforcing learning through extensive exam practice, I help them gain the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
Having previously worked as an A-level Chemistry examiner for both OCR and AQA, I have a detailed understanding of what exam boards are looking for and how students can achieve the highest grades. Tuition can be arranged as ongoing support throughout a course or as focused revision sessions, with flexible scheduling to suit students and their families.
